Ammobium alatum ‘Grandiflorum,’ commonly known as Winged Everlasting, is a unique and versatile flower grown for its beautiful, papery white blossoms and sturdy, winged stems. These silvery-white blooms open to reveal sunny yellow centers, adding a cheerful touch to any bouquet or floral arrangement. Perfect for both fresh and dried flower production, Winged Everlasting offers a wildflower-inspired charm that’s ideal for mixed bouquets, boutonnieres, and even floral crowns. Sowing Instructions:

• Days to maturity: 70 to 80 days
• Indoor Sowing: Start seeds indoors between February and April. Sow 2mm deep in moist, well-drained seed compost.
• Germination: Typically occurs in 10–15 days at an ideal temperature of 15°C.
• Transplanting: When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into 8cm pots and grow them on.
• Planting Out: Once all danger of frost has passed, acclimatise the plants and transfer them to their final positions.

• Soil: Prefers sandy soil enriched with humus, but any deep, moist, and well-drained soil is suitable.
